7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
7.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be settled before the Abu Dhabi civil courts.
