Availability
Kizad will host two distinct pre-built warehouse developments, of which one will be located in the free zone area.
Non free zone : Leasable warehouse area of 109,000m² in 105 units.
Free zone : Leasable warehouse area of 110,000m² in 54 units.
Each of the two developments will be constructed in three phases, allowing for unit sizes and designs in later phases to match changes occupier demand over time and to allow expansion for existing occupiers.

Unit Sizes
Available units will start at 1,150m² in the non free zone development and at 2,252 m² in the free zone area – although a very limited number of 1,132m² units may be made available in the free zone development. The Kizad pre-built warehouses have been designed to be fully flexible in terms of combinations that can be made available in terms of size and layout
Efficiency
Well designed modular warehouse units are equipped with easy access loading docks for trucks, raised floor levels and clear open space to eaves. Each unit had its own dedicated loading yard with ramp access for forklifts and has designated on-site parking
All units are provided with sufficient power to be cooled to a target temperature of 25° C. 15% of units are capable of having enhanced power provision for cold storage. Cooling is for tenant’s installation
